We will begin the tasting with the Roccolè, made with Molinara and Corvina grapes, hand-selected from suitable vineyards owned, located here in Lazise: an excellent naturally sparkling rosé wine, with a low alcohol content but lively. As a second wine we will taste our Bardolino Chiaretto Classico DOC, 100% Organic, obtained from soft pressing and rosé vinification, with a fresh and delicate aroma with hints of peach and morello cherry, with a lively and harmonious flavor. Our Bardolino Classico DOC Bio 2016 harvest is fresh on the nose, with hints of red fruit (plum and cherry), with a rounded, harmonious and pleasant flavor. From the selection of vineyards in Mortegliano in Friuli we will taste the Prosecco Spumante Brut DOC Organic, with a pale straw yellow color with persistent perlage, fruity on the nose, fresh, intense and inviting, in the mouth it leaves a dry and well-structured flavor. We will close the tasting with the Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie BIO Vegan from “Tenute Arnaces”, with a delicate, broad, fine and elegant aroma.
